The tasks related to the operation and investment maintenance of premises and equipment in the Homes, Shelter and all the clubs for adults and elderly people belong to the scope of activities of the Maintenance Department. The employees of this Department monitor and control water, electricity, heating and gas consumption and they intervene with necessary repairs aimed at regular maintenance of the existing standard of beneficiaries.
